Refund and Returns Policy

At Off The Wall Designs, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom and ready-made products. As an Indiana-based business, we follow all applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Custom & Personalized Items

In accordance with Indiana consumer guidelines, custom and personalized items are final sale.

Because these products are made specifically for you, custom orders are not eligible for refunds or returns, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

  • Personalized coasters
  • Custom phone cases
  • Custom gifts or made-to-order designs

Ready-Made / Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, ready-made items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, as required under Indiana consumer protection standards.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item

Order Cancellations

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
  • Non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not shipped
